Dr. Athena Kalogeras is a °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ Audiologist in the Hearing and Speech Center, Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, at °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ, New York-Presbyterian Hospital. She holds a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from The Long Island Consortium, and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Rhode Island. Dr. Kalogeras is certified in Audiology (CCC-A) through the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

Biographical Info

Dr. Athena Kalogeras received her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from The Long Island Consortium, and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Rhode Island. Dr. Kalogeras is licensed in Audiology through the New York State Department of Education and holds the Certificate of °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She presently maintains membership in ASHA.

Dr.Kalogeras completed her Audiology Residency at °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ. Her clinical expertise includes the diagnosis of adult and pediatric hearing loss, auditory brainstem response (ABR) and audiologic rehabilitation, including management of amplification and cochlear implants for the adult populations.
